A focused toolkit for small data and text jobs
Text Tool is built around a simple idea: many everyday formatting jobs should not require an account, a desktop installation or a complicated interface. The site combines text cleanup, structured-data conversion, local file handling and developer utilities in one consistent browser experience.
How the tools are built
The core utilities use client-side HTML, CSS and JavaScript. For supported transformations, the input is processed inside the browser tab. The site is intentionally clear about limitations—for example, CSV output expects flat records and the built-in YAML support targets common JSON-compatible structures.
Editorial approach
The guides are written to explain how a format or transformation works, what can go wrong and when a more specialized tool is appropriate. We prefer specific limitations over claims that every format can be converted perfectly.
Feedback
Bug reports and practical suggestions are welcome. Visit the contact page and include the tool name, browser and a small non-sensitive example that reproduces the issue.
